WAHROONGA ESTATE

This was a full restoration by Sukari Design of a grand 1930's estate in the leafy suburb of Wahroonga. The estate resides on 7000 square metres of land and features 3 dwellings, horse stables, a swimming pool and tennis court. The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and a home theatre. Katkalloo undertook the window treatments for the entire estate, comprising of drapery, Roman blinds and plantation shutters, and worked with Sukari Design to create a more contemporary classic design style.
